After a long weekend spent at yb's place, i managed to blog about some.

friday - breakfast - green sandwich with miso soup (instant)

cny eve breakfast - oranges with yogurt and coffee.

cny day 1 ( sunday) breakfast - wakame miso soup , slice of cheese and coffee

weird breakfast combination everrr.

cny day 3 breakfast- breads from la boheme with coffee.

Apparently i skip breakfast on cny day 2, because i woke up late.

My new year is pretty good, with alot of food indulged throughout the weekend and a good company to get to know to. It's just me not wanting to go back to reality again - which i need to work on it asap.

my brief activities during cny weekend.

-missed my parents back in Brunei. damn, i wanna go home so badly.

-finished hana yori dango manga in 3 days.

-ate so much veg, mushrooms and steamed fish.

-bought expensive skincare. sigh..

-did a little progress on planning our trip up north.

-ulcers popping out from my tongue.. of all places.. geez

They say its bad year for people born under the year of the dragon - which is not to take any risks this year. Not that i'm really aware of it ,but i'd sure hope for a auspicious year for all of us.

Today is gloomy day, at least not for me.

Room's light bulb went kapow - seriously

I left my wallet at home while shopping for my needs -totally turned my shopping mood off.

Moody weather strikes in the evening which made me feel paranoid of power outage.

I lost my hype on painting again- which i have yet to find it back.

Even reading a manga made me feel so emotional.

Right now, i even feel my nasty English confuses me what am i blogging about.

i'm giving a try on making my own scrapbook.This is just a reference/demo piece. As for a lazy person who is stubborn to watch tutorials, and thinks she can do it spontaneously - this is what i've done. So far i've done 2 spreads...10 more to go i guess..

I recently got a galaxy II together with yb and teh o. i hope this can save me loads of money contacting y'all from brunei :D

had lunch at umami cafe in kepong with groupon.

not really pleasant for my taste-buds.

we had pretty above average dim sum brunch at puchong. shall come to this place before i leave :P

This week's pretty bulky.I 've done with the procedures to clear my income tax and my visa( ughh i dun wan to mention it again) Had to call people for courier services for my stuff to be delivered back to home. and i have to email someone to postpone my painting course.

2012 resolutions

1st of january 2012 just left like a blink of an eye , without me realising it.
I've been going out enjoying my long weekend, learning new things about strangers and got to try something i dislike so much.

I've came up a list of resolutions for my risky 2012 life turnover.

- To give 110% to everything i want to achieve in life.
the most interesting part to get to know my idol, my favorite musicians or maybe my favorite author, I've always read up their biography and FAQs in their main website. Why is this crucial? to know the 5 main noun clauses (,i.e how,why,when,what,where) I always look up to sokkuan tye, yoko shimizu and other artists i cant think of now. check their website out, its worth to get inspired from them.

- take anything in moderation. not more or less.
Yes and this i apply mainly on my food intake. I cannot resist from drinking sprite and iced lemon tea. That became my favorite thirst quench drink since my 3 month stay in India.
And as for food, i shall go strict on rice meals.

-always read, read ,read
I'm currently restricting myself from buying more books, as i am going to move away .. but i want to buy more books.. :/

-enjoy life, dont think of money is everything.
says me who never gone to somewhere further overseas since 2002

-take things casually ( not for work!!)

- smile to strangers ( even if they give a >:( face)
this i doubt myself doing that , but i shall try

-draw more sketches, paint more paintings, share more ideas around and inspire each other

overall for 2011, I like it. Despite with all the ups and more downs for this year, it opened my eyes to look at a bigger picture. I began to be more serious towards painting/drawing. and i'm glad i improved a lot this year. I feel more open up to meet more new people. I made really good girl friends at work.

for the year 2011, it'll be a meaningful year for me, i become less indecisive compared to my previous years. Though i do still have my low self esteem traits, i'm going to work hard to getting better than myself.

Yb brought me to some Korean restaurant (i think its called suk on something).

Pretty much happy to have Korean for lunch. i impulsively ordered dukbokki -like a boss- even though i knew i cannot finish it. I eventually called out to parcel it back.

Too awesome too flavorful that i just felt happy that i lived lol.

If only i have bottomless stomach to fill in those savory side dishes. It's too awesome that i felt like crying for joy.

OK, seriously, i haven't had any Korean food for almost 2 years. Which explains why am i exaggerating so much :)

This weekend is pretty fun one, I went shopping - on impulse. and I felt good. For good 2 years of waiting when to get a new mascara has come. I had no idea why am I waiting for the right moment. I got tired from walking around after an hour or so. Kinda shows me that either I am old or I'd rather stayed at home sipping tea.

You might be realise how straightforward i described in these captions. I certainly will give you my honest reason i.e Tiredness.

And by the way, Tonight's moon is interesting. theres a huge halo around it. they call it the halo-effect :)

I don't do reformatting, I let the guy do it 'cause they're smarter.

Bread with cheese and jam and some orange fruit ,i ran out of apples. breakfast

Late lunch - green milk tea , jam on bread again and yogurt.

it was still raining then, so i wanted comfort food a la instant ramen. its been a long while since i had them :D

I woke up early preparing work lunch for yb , i thought i can go for a morning walk, but eventually i dropped that idea because i had to leave the house at 9.30 to the salon. and so i stayed there for merely 5 hrs. Talking about sore ass.

it's not obvious though, but u can really differentiate it under bright sunlight. pretty much what i want .. though it look presentable with my current wardrobe.

i felt bad for nelly for waiting accompanying me so I paid for his haircut.

I admit this is my expensive visit to a salon so far. To be experimental, it really needs more cash than i imagined...

at least my hair look compliments to my skin... i guess paying more to indulge oneself can be alright.. once a while..

now i have to be strict for the rest of September..

but i'm thinking to get a tea strainer instead of the coffee pressor.. hmmm..

i finished Mitch Albom's 'For One More Day' yesterday in the bus, pretty much the usual sad real life story for appreciating your family. I didnt tear up, because i cant relate it to myself.

Had a nice 'light' dim sum for brunch. and laze throughout the day. i stopped painting fo today as i wanted to chill ( i read Drawn to life vol.2 )

Watched a local film called Nasi Lemak 2.0 .I simple have no say for this, as i sided myself to the logical sense.. I simply cannot toss aside my judgement on film and blindly watch it for entertainment sake. Just that i enjoy the musical scenes . period.

trying to find a fancy coffee mug and a Bodum french presser is such a hassle.

And tomorrow will be....Monday.. *sigh*

Knowing Happiness.

Yesterday i've experienced flu for the first time this year.Nothing special about it- just that the cycle of thinking about home has begun.Nevertheless i still push myself to paint as often as i can. It's normal, i think, to distract myself from being homesick , I do things to make myself busy. I almost finish my first acrylic painting!! just left a few touch ups and i'll show to yall this weekend.

Back when i was still studying in junior high. My art teacher ,whom i dislike, always tell us that even if you are upset about something, happiness will come.Just you wait patiently for it. I wasn't convinced enough but it's in my mind since then.I didnt know i believe in it.

I've finished a book about happiness- which taught me to identify small things happening around ourselves , hence, observation, is critical. I came across this book, Hector and The Search Of Happiness, with yh at Bangsar. Was pretty convinced by the title because i want to find my so called "happiness". As i read on the pages in the book, it seems to be 'unexpected' but anyway i learnt alot from that thin book.

Lesson no. 1 - Making comparisons can spoil your happiness.
Lesson no.2 - Happiness often comes when its least expected.
Lesson no.6- Happiness is a long walk in beautiful, unfamiliar mountains.
Lesson no.7 - It's a mistake to think that Happiness is the goal.
Lesson no.8- Happiness is being with the people you love.
Lesson no. 10 - Happiness is doing a job you love.
Lesson no. 13- Happiness is feeling useful to others.
Lesson no.17 - Happiness is about caring the happiness of those you love.

most of these lessons - I've planted in my mind when i come across to uncomfortable situations. I hope my readers here can learn something new today :)

You've taught me a lot of things in life. and i certainly will remember what you describe me as " a leaf swaying aimlessly on a branch" 3 years ago during college. We've grown so much till we've become colleagues and now you have left for your dream to be realised. I'll do my best on realising my dream and i'll will remember what you've told me to fight for what i want in life.

I'll be missing you because you're one of my closest friend whom be leaving on the other side of the world.
Thank you again for our friendship and I certainly know, that we'll meet again.

I took a tuesday off last week, had a very bad tummy issues in the early morning before heading out to work.

had a random thought of eating green tea popsicle in the rainy afternoon.

i realized i've been neglecting this blog for a week or so. Reason? Well, things changed within a week. mentally. my vision.

I got really busy since last weekend. i haven't got the time to continue my paintings. But its worth it , to spend time on someone whose going to leave to a faraway place. I got really tired and hardly got up from bed early to work. I've been taking less than 5 hrs of sleep on each day this week. and i think i need to get some full recovery tonight!

Breakfast - durian swiss rolls from Carsons mom (thanks a bunch!) with coffee.

the swiss roll taste juuust right for my tastebuds.

had a childhood snack before the party on that evening.

filling? hell no. nostalgically nonchalant ? oh yes! yess!!!!

i used to have these served on a plate with a packet juice while reading Doraemon mangas . (Doraemon always have Dorayaki with tea while nobita steps into his room) .

We had some sort of a competition between both of our cooking skills on a lazy Sunday.

for lunch, i made tomato rice with wood ears and mushrooms with half boiled eggs. i personally don't like it. the rice got so tough when its set on table for 10 mins+. luckily the yolk saves the taste.

for dinner, he made chinese style onion omelette with pan fried chicken thighs; which are marinated with hoisin sauce.

It's simple and i really like it so much. Gee i think he should cook for me instead 'n'.

i have work tomorrow and gonna go vegetarian-for-the-weekday cycle again :)

The F word

This feels like a bit too late for me to realize. i feel utmost guilty. '_'

Watching the F word makes me realize of how food can change a life. Yeah i know we should be thankful for the food before this, but this time i am really really grateful for food. Mind you i watch animal abuse videos, those sneak videos of people abusing pigs.

I swear to myself to take in less meat and even if i had to have it, i shall be thankful of the meal.

to be vegetarian in KL is not an easy task, especially while staying independently. I'm slowly getting in hand with being non meat eater, but i have a bbq party to attend tomorrow. oh well..X(

(( I've been a vege for a year, excluded instant noodles/fast food for 4 yrs, during my high school years in Brunei, desperated to lose weight just because of a guy i had a crush on. I don't think thats pathetic, I'm thankful for that because i managed to lose 20 kgs, im really chubby before :| ))

the second season of the f word is really heartbreaking :( :( i cant watch them slaughter animals arrghhh

too a day off on friday,cause of my diarrhea issue '_'. so i make sweet potatoes with barley and sweetened winter melon as flavouring.

was really hungry before dinner so i make super quick veg 'rice cooker' rice with boiled egg.

weekend - breakfast-i forgot what did i drink... canned tuna with laughing cow cheese. anything with cream cheese = Awesome!

lunch-instant campelle's soup with some snacks i had forgotten...geesh

dinner- roti telur with teh tarik before i go for badminton. In a way i had no proper diner :|

Sunday morning, Woke up with a headache..

super hungry breakfast- coffeeeee and curry puffs from IKEA with cream cheese. i like the combination of it as it neutralises the spicy flavour from the currypuffs :)

lunch is just 1 curry puff from IKEA. because i don't feel like having lunch.

Dinner;

Sliced mint+hoisin sauce marinated chicken thighs with tomatoes spaghetti. i LOVE how the tanginess from mint compliments with the sweetness from the hoisin sauce.

for dessert we had chatime!!!!! you can never go back once u like red bean milk tea!!!!

Shamelessly as i am, i feel happy that the pasta meal turn out better than i expect. I didn't expect myself to be a goody chef, i mix in weird sauces because i like surprises :O

The ingredients are sooo simple!!! i just figured that out on the spot. Here's my shameless sharing for you.*troll face*

you'll need

- spaghetti ;to be cooked evenly. and sieved from the boiling water.
- chicken thighs ;cut out the fat (in this case , yb likes chicken skin so i include it in) and slice it randomly
- 1 tomato ;irregularly diced
-olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of mint sauce ; I use Waitrose mint sauce. wicked stuff!
-1 tablespoon of Hoisin Sauce ;I use Lee Kum Kee's
-pepper and italian herbs to taste ; i dislike salt.

--I mix the sauces together and pepper and a wee bit of italian herbs onto the meat and let it rest in the fridge for 15 mins at least.

1. drip a reasonable amount of olive oil onto the wok and let it warm. Then i'll drop the mea onto the wok and close the lid for the heat to go around for 2-5 mins.

2. I sometimes open the lid to fold the chicken over. By that time you can smell the mint aroma :) :)
But still you might want to let it cooked throughly.

3. when its cooked nicely; i drop in the cooked spaghetti and quickly shake the wok (??) ;like how most chefs you see in TV did. You might want the juices from the chicken to fill in the pasta. so keep shaking like a pro !

4. Lastly i add in tomatoes and quickly fold it in before it gets cooked. I prefer tomatoes raw though :o.

and then serve ~

Above ingredients are good enough for two people. Gee i start to think i suck at writing down recipe, took me a while to figure out how to write it :O. might be a good reference when i check back on this entry in future.

And i'm hungry because i wanna have some of that!!!!

As usual - got up really early for the bus to work - Feeling dizzy from waking up from the long journey to work - had coffee for the rest of the week because i need caffeine.Screw green tea for a while - work is really tedious that i had to be really focus on it - not good , had to redo, for the 345623th time - not good again ,redo - dam its already thursday, feeling scared for not finishing it within a week - Friday,feeling unmotivated, left my phone at lunch area, got depressed , can't even draw one shit for the whole week.

But i believe every cloud has a silver lining.

Things happen nicely on saturday, it cheered me up - found my phone today, i will certainly eat at that auntie's stall for lunch for always - i am very happy for what my friends getting worried of my situation, which makes me treasure them - Sis buying Yukata for me,which i always wanted (70% discount oh yeah!)- went for shopping theraphy for new tops to get a new image - and i begin to got back my motivation back.

to top of it all, it was yb who brought my strength back. I tend to lose it so easily, and he brought it back by few words to lift me up .Thinking back i was just an average but little big girl with a humble heart. '_'

I am up now staring outside of my window while listening to the messed up family yelling at each other. It's been like this continuously for the past few months ,after work and on early weekends, i simply cant take the noise, the negativity they bring ;so i put my headphones on to avoid the noise,ugh. I just don't get it, why not change for the good and think about your goddamn children. why yell your heart out cursing to your child because they did not brush their teeth? (i heard it very clearly from my window shut) I shouldn't be bothered about this so i shall stop about this. Hmmph.

Things messed up yesterday at the rally ,with the darn police violating the citizens whom asked for peace. I've learn a lot about the different parties in Malaysia's politics. I feel the strong bond between the races in malaysia for democracy. Its amazing to see the malaysians from different cities to stand up for democracy with no shame.

I hope you people don't look down on the Malaysians they really mean serious business. And of course they're the creative bunch you've ever met!

fruits with coffee. before visiting the dentist for an appointment. Before that i went for a quick dim sum brunch.

Red bean paus with greent tea.This got me thinking back when dad always buy a bunch fortea time. Seria's tou sah pao is still the best!

Quick Vegetarian pasta with mango flavoured yogurt drink.

I visited the dentist today. On a rally day. Interesting :o

dentist said i have 4 decayed molars.Thus 2 of them got filled today, making half of my head got numb. I got really intrigued on slapping myself hard, i don't even feel a flick of pain when nelly slapped me twice. Awesome! But the bad thing is eating without tasting or feeling it. :(

I'm sitting here with my dirty desk (which explains why the messy background on above pictures)and a back ache from drawing. i know i shouldn't hunch but i feel more focused when i get close to my canvas. Personally i think i should draw more in long hours so i can input more things from my mind. Today is such productive day but i only finished one, but instead i made new sketches to be another w.i.p .

I learned something about myself. i like to face on paper than on screen. Gonna thank those Prisma markers and the coloured pens i have in hand. Next I'm inspired to try a hand on Acrylic on canvas. Hopefully i can get it before i lose my interest.

i'm going to catch some sleep , looking forward to clean m desk and start drawing again :D :D

Don't really do much on sunday. except getting few drawings to work on the next week.

It's quite rare for me to get sick of me eating at home. because i dislike doing nothing after a heavy meal.

so for both lunch and dinner i ate out. with no regrets!

And also today it rained heavily in kepong , i like the gloomy weather once a while. Had a chat with my sis

about our vacation and the upcoming journey i am going to face it. i hope this goes well and maybe i should pray for self-relieve.

Rice vermicelli with all the vegetables i can find in my frigde with wanton soup . i was testing out if it tastes good with egg. verdict. it still is the same '_'

matcha ice cream!!!! i have to thank myself for getting this impulsively. it really make me happy despite the hot weather.

wanton soup again! this time with macaronis :D i'm one lazy bugger!

made wantons , i made a mistake to add in tomatoes. it makes the wantons soggy :( Nevertheless i still eat it like normal...

Went out for a life drawing session at ikano after lunch .I was not enjoyed much because of how 'normal' people are. I found out today that i dont enjoy life drawing. It made me sleepy and bored instead. But i get to know an elderly couple at the cafe asking me if i am a college student doing my assignment.

I had mixed feelings though. i look like that because i dress like a student ( with cheap t-shirt and short pants) . I hope i can change myself... i hope '_'

i walked back home myself and i feel great. maybe i should do that every weekend till i get sick of that place.

sometimes it lasts in love but sometimes it hurts instead.

snack(?) winter melon with longan drink.. i dont know if i should call it a drink but it helps to remove the heat.

(lunch) yb's mom's cooking -fried rice with added alfafa. it's been a looong while since i had fried rice.

ramen with mushrooms, tomatoes and mint sauce with egg.

I added mint sauce to every meals i had last weekend.
and also alfafas. its like my alternative to meat. I'm trying to eat lesser on meat from now on.. and more barley drink!

got my running shoes like FINALLY!

I remembered the last time i have worn a pair of running shoes would be a year+ ago?

so i got myself a brave heart to spend on a pair of good running shoes :). These shoes are cool. it makes me feel im walking barefooted.

And finally my hair grew longer over a short period of time...i think? and my bangs are giving me an image of an emo person.

my hair is almost to the blacker side. still has a brown shade in it though.

so i doodle myself one hairstyle to see if i can change it to another perkier one...

i love the egg i cooked today. never thought it turn out pretty good lol.

This weekend is pretty good. watched x-men again witht he credits going slow and steady to see my name on it for few seconds. Had a very encouraging chat with sokkuan ;_;.. i dont know how to express how grateful i am on getting worthwhile advices.

so i'm trying to work myself out this every week with at least one digital painting with more sketches i can manage during work.

sinful dinner on saturday - pan fried chicken breast with tomato brushetta.

Okay i kinda got lazy to take photos of my meals. more or less i've been taking random photos..I kinda got cheated ,in a way, from purchasing this bottle of starbucks from some korean food fair. Okay i lied, i bought it over impulse because of the packaging.

with lite japanese snack . it tastes like peanut butter with crunchyness.

felt hungry an hour after lunch.. so i made riceballs in bear shape..

the brown thing is actually seaweed jam which my sis got me from japan. it tastes like.. mm seaweed?

dinner.. (i had my dinner early before 6p.m) fruit cuts and leftover swiss roll slice for dessert :P.. i'd think my dinner can be my dessert time lol.

I wasnt feeling well in the morning...all because of my period cramps gotten me into bad shape. I feel better in the afternoon after lunch.. Good news for me to take leave is that i can reorganise my room now...

hopefully i can focus on drawing with these changes.. :o

Wondering why there no lunches during weekends? Because i ate out. lol.

I've been deciding which running shoes to invest on.. currently its pretty pricy for my liking.Prolly gonna wait for discounts or maybe going to use my 'other' card to pay '_'...in which i think i won't make that happen.

It's almost june and i have yet to finish my May sketchbook. i have to make it happen!!! i think i still have 20+ pages to go :o

If there's this one thing in life that I could change of myself; it would be certainly "a boost in creativity with a touch of confidence"

I look at my sketchbook thinking what to draw ; okay, it's always a circle with a cross - the eyes , the nose and lastly the mouth ( or maybe more eyelashes?). And then i got stuck. I really got stuck halfway through .I don't even know what I'm drawing.. all you can see in my sketchbook are all faces. from grossly weird to pretty faces. i simply love to draw humans. That explains why.

But i know this is not what I want to do.I want something more to humans...a bunch of weird anatomy would be good to make it artistic.. or maybe add some abstract shapes. I dont know.I think i might find out.....

for confidence part, you all know I tend to cringe on compliments from people about my looks. yep, I'm sure you'll see a retarded gross face painted on my face when i hear some compliments. Reason being that I am the type whom enjoy being the shadow ( as contradicting as it sounds ; i do behave consciously of my looks, I'm a girl okay!)

These thoughts kind of linger around my mind when I was on a trip to Ipoh. super mixed feelings and a big confusion with my relationship. But that was over ( and I'm glad!!) I came over to my senses and move on.

And now i dare myself to look on a paper and draw something!

we walked for 6 hrs straight from bugis junction->orchard road->marina sands->bugis junction->back. A good 6 hours walk excluding talking bus routes and Mrt. Can you feel the pain of our feet? :P

Overall i feel Singapore is not that bad.. minus the rude people for not being appreciative with greeting gestures and the "excuse me" gesture. I guess thats the city life . :/

first try on Ochazuke- using green tea (lunch april 9th, sat)

verdict- it is very good. has a sweet taste from the tea .. suprisingly.

quick breakfast before leaving the house ( a banana with coffee )

thoughts from the people i've met

..It's just me being emotional- opinions are based from my mind.

what my thoughts are in currently; and always is about this friend ;called N of my sister's.

I've met this person 2 yrs back during Cny when they're still in college studying for their exams. I am not really that interested in her friends as I'm am occupied with my thinking about something which i have been forgotten(I'll blame my memory for that).

That was 2 yrs back. This year i remembered clearly of how i met N again during Cny. went to her place for a cny visit before i flew back to KL. while at her place her mom explain about how they spend their lives in the rugged rented place with no Cny decorations and the place is pretty much a rundown. N is not doing well in studies thus in need to work part time to earn money for college. work wise is pretty time packed. not enough sleep and therefore studies went down. N had no choice but to move on.

This person whom i dont really pay attention to , comes into my mind at times. I really had the urge to help, but as a mere human i am not strong enough to help . "People are people. They're not going to save you.You have to save yourself"-I have to agree with this. neither selfish or not , you yourself should be able to face it and take it in as a lesson in life.

I'm going on a difficult phase in so called "adulthood" -to survive independently and to be able to support oneself and family.

I wish to meet N again next year, and to tell her living is tough, but you'll grow into it.

No more 'thoughts' posts at the moment from now. Cus i dislike words in my blog :/

Somehow this blog feels like a "what did i eat for my weekend" blog. And i just realise theres so few posts of my interesting happenings. Maybe its uncomfortable for me to convey my thoughts, but anyhow it probably because my life is boring in march.

March has given me a big impact of my finance. I've said it. Finance is always the root of all problem.
Lots of things to pay and some accidental things involving money. ugh... @..@
And i decided to hand over my debit cards to yb ;we'll see whats going to happen soon to my poor life.

the raw egg is slowly being cooked under hot soup....

that sauce represents the eye.. as i ran out of ketchup....

i love eggs!

Cooked a veg soup + Penne pasta with raw egg for most dinners after work. It does looks a lot in the picture but surprisingly it didn't fill my stomach.

Saturday comes. Went to swimming in the morning to get tanned without any reason. But then I am utterly surprised a weak body of mine can last for 5 laps. I cant even feel my arms while showering..good good , next session shall aimed for 8 laps. :)

i made a quick omelette with coffee before swimming.

Lunch at Ikea, i wanted to eat a lot but my stomach got too much gas so i ate a small plate of meatballs.

Before dinner comes, i went super hungry at 5.30p.m so i quickly take a curry puff from Ikea as a snack, its soo dang good..

And so for dinner i cooked all veg with brown rice and pasta serve with raw egg.It tastes good but i added too much water. :( and had hoegarden, To my realization that i simply dont fancy beers.

rushed lunch before going out for a movie at 12.20pm . nel cooked this :P (pacific dory fillet with stir fried bak choy with sweet peas)

dinner is rather a random one. Veg. soup with sausage with egg yolk. and beetroot juice of course. reason why it didn't show up here is because i drank it right after i blend it.. to avoid any vitamins to 'escape'

Yb's mom gave me 2 plants. From then on i try to pay attention to look after them.
according to N this is the Japanese rose. which blooms during the day. i see the petals are so fragile yet so beautiful.

march isnt my month at all.. lots of things happening and time isnt there for me to spend enough on myself

last sunday's quick breakfast before swimming. egg sandwich with beet juice. beet juice FTW!

claypot "ricecooker" rice with assorted leftovers i had in the fridge served with over easy eggs. and prepacked ceasar salad.

was in a rush to prepare dinner after work. bad lighting makes me grumpy :(

i bought hana to yume and Ribon mangas to learn my hiragana. its my way to improve because i might as well collect them. the mag is for the sake of buying it because i love the bag they offer.

my new room; I'm still embarrassed to show my room to anyone because it's still need alot of organizing to begin with. now it's too messy for friends to see. but i like it. because it felt like i'm in a cosy room. :O

it was friday. A gloomy afternoon in office when i saw a tweet from CNN regarding the massive earthquake happening at northern Sendai with 8.9 magnitude. the first thing came to my mind is my sister who lives in sendai. while watching the disaster happening live over the internet. i barely can work productively.

by that evening itself i got a fb message from dad saying she is fine but there's no electricity around kanto area.she even fb-ed saying she is bearing the cold without a heater lol. but for some reason, im worried about the place she's stayin and her new camera. '_'

our hearts to japan. may they regain their strength through this incident.

And so i moved to a smaller new room but in the same house.. loads of packing and garbage loaded and i spent the whole morning just to vaccum,pack,vaccum,build up the furniture,vaccum, pack more stuff again and vaccum. I simply admit i just love my vaccum cleaner.

I always tell myself, i'm still young, not my time yet, there's still time in future for that,etc.

and i realized I've been procrastinate in life. my life. my experiences.

As i go on, i begin to learn that letting go and change is always the hardest thing for me to get with it.

I admit. I've always put up a barrier upon knowing new people: my doubts. I don't really like to talk much some times : because I'm thinking... alot of things. Truthfully said I like to think. It give me something to get entertained by myself ; and i tend to speak to my inner voices.

crap, I don't know where am i heading to but am going end this as a memo to myself in future.

Like what they say, I'm just a human: trying to make the best out of my life.

breakfast : lokan orange with local fruit jambu with coffee. The jambu (jaa-m-boo) is also my childhood fruit which reminiscence my mom's home grown fruits. I truly love this to bits that i actually finished about 2kgs of jambu a day. I wonder if it's fattening :O

Went swimming on Sunday. I was dumbfounded that my period started on the same day. Had really bad cramps over lunch and internet said its better to move around or doing gentle exercises like swimming or walking/ cycling to lessen the cramps. well. swimming is there so why not :P

At swimming i learnt how to dive properly and swim in freestyle. looks like i can practise more on my stamina next time!

It's been a long while we had a long day with just the two of us.It's either he had work to do or he had to spend time with friends.But today he wants to accompany me to get a bookcase from Ikea.And I'm still pondering on my wallet :(

Dinner: fried chicken nuggets,brown rice with cocktail sausages topped with poached eggs.and the sauce is to replace ketchup. It's just hoisin sauce :P

i got this for Rm10 at some flea market. I considered myself being lucky as this is the last one from the shelf. I wonder if i can open the glass ,so i can draw something in. :o

And i bought another 2 tops from a small boutique shop which currently offers 50% discount. I'm pretty much broke from buying a vaccum cleaner 2 weeks ago. The bf told me i have less tops in the wardrobe, which is true enough to justify those worn out hoodie shirts i have since 3 yrs ago. :o.. I'm just lazy to find the right clothes.

Time to grow up i guess... :/

pretty much gone thru the ups and downs over the last week.Guess what? i'm moving to a smaller room(but the same house) next week! this calls for busy packing

i cooked too much for lunch. It's all noodles with vermicelli, mushroom and spring onions, served with seaweed jam my sis got me from japan. though looks like a panda.

i forgot when i had this. ceasar salad with coffee for breakfast.
